All our projects are subject to individual measurability criteria, which are defined for each project initiative together with the local partner before the project starts. Regular monitoring is a central element of continuous performance review and ensures transparent and critical evaluation of our project work. Based on this impact assessment, we evaluate whether project initiatives should be extended or whether a sustainable exit strategy should be applied.
For Orienthelfer e.V., impact measurement is an essential part of efficient and transparent project work: our donors and donor organisations can see that their contributions are being used sustainably, carefully and responsibly to achieve the project goals.
Why is impact measurement important?
Are our measures appropriate?
Are we implementing our measures correctly?
Can we improve further?
