For over ten years, Orienthelfer e.V. has been supporting people affected by the conflicts in the Middle East. With sustainable projects, we work flexibly and quickly with our local partners to pave the way for a positive future.

Providing targeted aid on the ground for over 10 years

In 2012, Christian and Dunja Springer jointly founded the non-profit organisation Orienthelfer e.V.

Long before the international community became aware of the effects of the armed conflicts in Syria, the organisation was providing humanitarian aid to those affected by the terrible fighting. For more than a decade, we have been supporting local organisations in their work in the Middle East. Our work currently focuses on Syria and Lebanon.

The board members of Orienthelfer e.V. are Christian Springer as 1st chairman and founder, supported by Michael Nagy as 2nd chairman. Both are volunteers.
